7 Mile Course
Course Details
The 7 mile course starts and finishes at the parking lot of the GreatAmerica building. This route will see both sides of downtown, get a glimpse of Veterans Memorial Stadium and the Cedar Rapids Ice Area. Participants will be on the Cedar River Trail seeing views of the Cedar River.
Rules of the Road
Participants shall obey traffic signals, unless directed otherwise by an officer.
Participants shall remain on the sidewalk, unless a lane has been designated for the course.
Awards
Top winner in each age category has a cash prize.
Water Stations
There will be 3 water stations along the 7 mile course.
